Sausage Filler

Our sausage fillers can be divided into two categories---manual and automatic.

Manual sausage fillers can be divided in accordance with the volume of 3, 5, 7L. There are two kinds of speed( rapid speed and low speed) that you can choose when you use these machines.

Automatic type has master switch, foot switch and the switch which can control the rising of the rack with variable speed. The rack will stop automatically when achieves the top. And in accordance with the volume the filler can be divided into 3, 5, 7L.

The funnels of the filler can be divided into four size in accordance with the diameters of 16, 19, 25, 38 mm, the manual type is equipped with plastic funnels, you can change them to stainless steel funnels with extra money. But the automatic type is already equipped with stainless steel funnels. The elbow, the pistol and the stainless steel funnels are made of stainless steel 304. Other parts are made of stainless steel 201 except for the rack which is made of chrome.

Our product has three advantages. First, we have a large bowl that can ensure the indicated volume. And second, the chormed rack is safer and more healthful than galvanized rack. The last is about the warranty period, since we have confidence in our product, except for the damageable parts, the warranty period of the manual type is 2 years.
