Normal Proofer

Our proofer can be divided into four kinds

 Luxury foam insulation commercial proofer .(atomizing type and boiled type)

The atomizing type is associated with threes fans, which can make the water flowing from the upper water pipe atomizing and increase the hot air convection in the chanmber.

The boiled type has a big cistern. The cistern has automatic injection function and can boiled the water atomized, offering a suitable ferment environment.

Instrument (with a timer) commercial proofer

The instrument commercial proofer adopts famous factory digital instrument and is easy to fermenting. The timer makes it easy to control and operate accurately

Classical type commercial proofer

The classical type commercial proofer is made of stainless steel, which makes the machine sturdy and durable. This kind of machine also has multistory shelf design.

Food steamer appropriative commercial proofer

The features of the food steamer appropriative commercial proofer is the humanization doors, that are made of luxury glass and can be easily opened or closed.

There are some features of our products

(1) Heating the water by electric thermal, then produce much steam in the chamber. Humidity can reach 80%~~85%, temperature between 35℃ and 40℃.

(2) Hot air convection in the chamber, evenly temperature inside, precision control temperature and humidity.

(3)Big capacity, multi-layer, long beautiful handle give you best feeling every time you open and close it
