How to make sausage
Steps to make the sausage:
Step 1: Cut the meat up into small cube which fits the hole of your grinder. You can't make good sausage with fat, don’t do with lean meat.
Step 2: Put the meat into the grinder, you can push the meat down with the stomper.
Step 3: Mix the grinded meat with ingredients like salt, black pepper according to your recipe.
Step 4: Thread the sausage casing on to the pistol and pull out a little bit.
Step 5: Tie a knot in the back after you finish the filling and twist your sausage link by link.
If you want to make sausage, there are some machines you need
* Some meat grinders are equipped with a pistol, so you can make your sausage only with this machine. But professional sausage filler will be easier and quicker.
