Horizontal sausage stuffer Instruction
i. Brief introduction
Full stainless steel construction, horizontal design, longer service life.
New gearing system enables the user to release the plunger for quick and easy re-filling.
Unibody piston disc, avoid the acumination of ash and debris.
With food-grade chromium rack.
ii. Operation
1) Wash the parts which contact with the food directly, arrange the funnel and prepare the casing
2) Make the pistol out of the cylinder by turning the handle clockwise 【fast speed – big gear-axle】
3) Pull out the cylinder to add material
4) Put the cylinder back
5) Fill the sausage by turning the handle clockwise【slow speed – small gear-axle】
6) Repeat step 2
iii. Repair & maintenance
1) Take off the cylinder and pistol after washing them clearly
2) Wipe the body with cloth
3) Add oil to the gear and rack twice before using the machine
